Since August 2023 AURIS supplies threadless jewelry already prebent!
Only by request: you need to specify "pinB" instead of "pin". Threadless had never been so easy, you will need just insert and push tight, that's it!
Disclaimer: the pin pre-bendage is approximate, and you may want to make it tougher or looser according to your or your customer preferences! We can not guarantee that the bend is sufficient enough in every new case, because titanium labrets have different wall thickness.
But this prebent will definitely help you in your hard work!
Our prebent has been designed to work best with @industrialstrength threadless labrets, as always.
Also by default all manufacturing orders will be shipped regular unbent, unless you specify it as "pinB"!
NOTE: there is a certain amount of jewelry in wholesale stock. The new threadlless tops we will add prebent, but the old will be not bent! We can not designate them, and they will eventually mix over. Also we plan in future to make ALL the pins prebent, but this is not 100% rule for now.
